As humans, to live is to move. The cells that make us whole, our mind through which we filter the world - how we feel both physically and mentally is directly impacted by how we move. Movement is more than a means of traversing from point A to B - movement is life. My aim is to help you feel better; provide perspective and tools to better relate with your body, and establish ownership of your well-being.
